GBDon't buy from Prepared Hero Don't buy from Prepared Hero. I ordered two Prepared Hero Privacy Pens, and I could do better at finding hidden cameras by looking around the room. It did find my wireless router - when I put the pen next to it. Even when I pointed it directly at my phone's camera, nothing, not with infrared, not with the scanner, nothing. Now, we'll see if their return policy works. Of course, that's less shipping and handling costs, which I expect will equal the cost of the worthless products...

GBPeace of mind but hook issue! We haven’t had to use it (phew!), but I love having six of these for our office, our home and for our car. The delivery was prompt and easy. My only complaint is when I ordered a hook, I assumed that I was getting a hook for each of them and I only got one hook for six blankets. I think hooks should be included in the price or just ship one with each blanket. A hassle to go and find hooks, especially if it’s an odd number.

GBStay away from this company’s enticing ads DO NOT ORDER! It is more like ripped off consumer than prepared hero. No confirmation email. Not answering phones and after last post and them asking me to email support there still has been no response. Disputing charge with rhe credit card company. It is great that you have had unprecedented order volume and are adding staff but they will all be out of jobs quickly if you can not handle customer service! I might be more understand if anyone actually responded to calls and email.
