This company does not communicate with the customers. On 11/24/2023 I ordered a hidden camera detector. No order number, no date of delivery was mentioned. I paid with a credit card. It has been longer than a month. I enquired about my order but did not get any response. Almost every day Prepared Hero sends me useless commercials, but I never got even a word about my order.

Don't buy from Prepared Hero Don't buy from Prepared Hero. I ordered two Prepared Hero Privacy Pens, and I could do better at finding hidden cameras by looking around the room. It did find my wireless router - when I put the pen next to it. Even when I pointed it directly at my phone's camera, nothing, not with infrared, not with the scanner, nothing. Now, we'll see if their return policy works. Of course, that's less shipping and handling costs, which I expect will equal the cost of the worthless products...

Multiple attempts tp call end up going off to never-never land. Worst customer service ever. Ordered 6 blankets and since confirmation email there has been no communication. Send the product or cancel the order and credit my card.

I had an issue with my order I had an issue with my order. It was resolved promptly. I had a question concerning the issue and it was explained promptly. I fortunately have not had a need to use the blanket yet-- but have it ready if I need to. Working with this company has been such a pleasant experience. Thank you
