Very Impressed! I have been really impressed with Uproot’s customer service. The product itself has been great, but we all know that sometimes defects happen. In my case, the handle broke on my pro xtra and the prongs had fallen off my pro handheld. In both instances I was given the replacement parts needed or received a new product so I can continue my use. The product is great at cleaning pet fur up and I really am thankful for the ease of care and service when I needed it.

This product absolutely works This product absolutely works! I have an Australian Shepherd who sheds 365 days a year and this product gets up hair that my vacuum misses. I started with the smaller Uproot and then graduated to the Uproot extra. It delivers as promised. And I need to commend their customer service for speedy responses! All around a stellar experience for me!
