Customer Service is Fantastic, bar none. We ordered the Uproot vacuum and are enjoying its splendid job of removing Daisy the dog's profuse amount of hair! This is a required product for dogs that shed daily, no matter the season! The dryer sheets are working well too. I even ordered some for my daughter to try. But the best thing about Uproot Clean is their quick, responsive and friendly customer service!

Very Impressed! I have been really impressed with Uproot’s customer service. The product itself has been great, but we all know that sometimes defects happen. In my case, the handle broke on my pro xtra and the prongs had fallen off my pro handheld. In both instances I was given the replacement parts needed or received a new product so I can continue my use. The product is great at cleaning pet fur up and I really am thankful for the ease of care and service when I needed it.

Return Policy and actual return policy they state don't match! I am updating my review to confirm that because I showed the screenshot that their website doesn’t differentiate between faulty or not wanted products with receiving the shipping label, they are honoring it. I did receive the shipping label via email, so I can ship it back at no extra cost to me. Abysmal customer service once I pointed out a position they needed to take per their website. They were super quick to respond when I said I wanted to return the item (30 days after purchase). Their website states 60-day money back guarantee and their refund policy specifically states that they send the return shipping label. They told me I have to ship it back (giving me the address) which means it's on me to ship it back. It'll cost a lot of money to ship it back. When I asked for the return shipping label, they told me they don't send them out. I reiterated that per their website (showing proof of their website attached to the email), they state that they sent out the return shipping label. Crickets. Haven't heard back the rest of the day, despite initially they were emailing super quickly. They have no phone number to call, so you can only email to gain resolution. I'm super disappointed and I will not recommend this product to anyone, just because of their return "policy" and customer service.

Best purchase EVER! The Uproot dog groomer is the absolute best thing I've ever bought! It is a lifesaver as I am a truck driver and I don't have access to a groomer. This machine let's me groom both my dogs in the truck with ZERO mess! Totally recommend! The customer service is also wonderful. Very prompt reply to my email and now I have a replacement clipper guard on its way!!! Thank you so much!!
