LOVE The Spike Phone Case! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my spike phone case!! I purchased my first spike case in Hong Kong which was made out of vegan leather and metal spikes several years ago for my Note 5. However, when I upgraded to the Note 8 I wasn't able to find this case in United States which was a bit disappointing. Luckily, I stumbled across GothMall online and I am really glad I found this company. The customer service has been amazing and very prompt...when I recieved my case it was made from the highest quality of materials and they even provided additional glue and rhinestones. Relatively fast shipping Relatively fast shipping, dress is lovely. Had to be ironed but looks completely fine. Material feels kind of cheap and the color of the dress differed slightly from the one shown on the website. Don’t let this review scare you off, though! This store is amazing.

You won't be disappointed... I have had a fantastic experience doing business with GothMall. They ship quick, have a huge amount of products, and I can not rave enough about the customer service. I had an issue with one of the shirts I had ordered and they did everything in their power to make sure I got it corrected. They went above and beyond for getting me a replacement, stayed in contact with me the entire time, were prompt in the emails with letting me know what was going on and fixed the issue with the product. It is hard to find good customer service these days, let alone 5 star customer service and products. I will definitely be shopping here again and referring other people to shop with them.
