You can imagine my panic when I received a dress several sizes too small and realized my mistake. I reached out in despair. Goth Mall quelled all my fears. They were prompt, friendly, and reassuring that I would get the correct size. Those wonderful people were correct. I received both (my mistake dress and my actual one) quickly. The dress was a great quality and actually looks like the pictures on the website. I'm a plus sized woman and the thought of dress shopping hurt my heart. I've never been more pleased with the true to size fitting of this experience. If you are looking for a quality, easy experience give them try for your wedding dress.

You won't be disappointed... I have had a fantastic experience doing business with GothMall. They ship quick, have a huge amount of products, and I can not rave enough about the customer service. I had an issue with one of the shirts I had ordered and they did everything in their power to make sure I got it corrected. They went above and beyond for getting me a replacement, stayed in contact with me the entire time, were prompt in the emails with letting me know what was going on and fixed the issue with the product. It is hard to find good customer service these days, let alone 5 star customer service and products. I will definitely be shopping here again and referring other people to shop with them. Great company.

Great customer service & product I placed (pumkpin spoons) and order and the wrong shipping was added (my fault due to autom fill) I contacted goth mall and Molly in customer service was amazing!!! She updated everything right away and I got my pumpkin spoons shipped to the correct address. Shipping was fast and the spoons were exactly as described. I love them.

Wedding Dress I ordered my wedding dress from here after seeing it on Pinterest and I am absolutely in love. It took about 30 days to get to me with custom measurements sent and it is stunning in person. Would recommend to anyone!

Great customer service I was initially very disappointed with my purchase: I was looking for a specific pair of boots from killstar and the google search lead me to GothMall. I own the original killstar boots, they are just very worn out from use and wanted to replace them because I love them so much, but could not find them for sale anywhere. The boots from the pictures looked very similar to the originals, enough to fool me. However in person you can actually tell how very different they are and the fit is completely different too. They look nice to wear, but comfort level is very low. Edit: I was happy to be contacted by GothMall, their customer service is great and they took immediate action by removing the boots from their website since quality was not up to their standard. I look forward to buying from them again!
