Although the final product is… Although the final product is beautiful, assembling dozens of crystals was a nightmare. The chandelier came with a single page of assembly instructions, and my electrician had a bit of trouble installing it as he had to trim the wires. In addition, the included bulbs are too bright. And they are not dimmable. I'd definitely think twice before buying from this company again, which is a shame because the chandelier is really pretty. It's just more trouble than it's worth.

I sent over some pics and a video of the damage, and they promised to send me a brand new one. The replacement came in pretty quick. Had a bit of a hiccup at the start, but the new lamp is flawless and fits my room perfectly.
