I received the light and it did not work out of the box. I received the light and it did not work out of the box, the remote instructions were not with the light. When called support they sent a jpeg of the remote which was not correct either and had to send again. There was also no wiring instructions as well no QL check stamp which usually comes with these products. When I told support they wanted a video of me making the wiring connections to prove it was wired correctly before they would reimburse me for a light that did not work. This is when I had to do a review of this product that was cheaply made shipped directly from China.

Ordered a luxe crystal chandelier Ordered a luxe crystal chandelier, and it came perfectly packed. Had 2 broken crystals though, but here's the thing—didn't even matter. They had extra crystals in there, ended up with 5 spares after installation. This company knows how to hedge their bets, for real.

Regrettably Regrettably, the light I received was smaller than I'd anticipated. While they were beautifully crafted, they just couldn't replace my current wall lights. I was all set to return them, but their customer service recommended another similar light instead. Currently in the process of making an exchange, and fingers crossed, this turns out to be a better fit.
