GBRegrettably Regrettably, the light I received was smaller than I'd anticipated. While they were beautifully crafted, they just couldn't replace my current wall lights. I was all set to return them, but their customer service recommended another similar light instead. Currently in the process of making an exchange, and fingers crossed, this turns out to be a better fit.

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. They answer point to point on your questions. No confusions or side tracking. Customer satisfaction is utmost for them. I have experienced it for myself. When I requested for extension down rod for the chandelier I placed order for, then sent it separately as complimentary without charging a dime from me. Packing is another thing I liked with them. Very safely packed. I'll definitely return to them for more puchases.

It would've been nice if shipping were a bit faster, but it was worth the wait. My electrician mentioned that the installation instructions were incredibly detailed. Overall, a fantastic experience.

GBAwesome customer service Awesome customer service. Initially, the lamp I received was damaged, so I shot their support team an email and got a prompt response. I sent over some pics and a video of the damage, and they promised to send me a brand new one. The replacement came in pretty quick. Had a bit of a hiccup at the start, but the new lamp is flawless and fits my room perfectly.
