Return are expensive! Just cautioning everyone to be aware of their return policy! You have to pay to ship anything back, and I’m my case, the cost to ship the items back was $15 and the Amber water bottles cost $25 total. They were not able to make an arrangement to help mitigate my return shipping costs. Do not recommend buying from them for this reason.

Disappointing experience I ordered from batten home over 3 weeks ago and my order has not even been processed yet. I have reached out right after placing the order to check on the processing time and was advised that it’d take 2-3 week to ship it. Yet, after 2.5 weeks when checking on the status again, I received no response. The order was placed on 11/17/2022 and today is 12/15/2022 and I have not heard back yet on where the items are. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, would never order again from them.
