As a designer As a designer, I thoroughly enjoy working with David Silverstein. He is so knowledgeable about the products he is selling and i feel totally confident that the order will be delivered without any issues. I do have a problem, however, with Lighting By Gregory's impossible return policy. If I am buying something sight unseen, it is sometimes difficult to assess how the item will look and fit in the space for which it is planned. If Lighting By Gregory had a more cooperative policy for returns or exchanges, I would shop at the showroom more often.

Huh. Special order ??? Received adequate assistance in selecting a light fixture displayed on the floor but not in stock. When paying, I asked return policy and discovered what I was buying was a "special order " and as such not returnable. Crazy that an item featured on the floor is not returnable. I'd understand if it was in a catalog and not on display. Anyway, that argument left me feeling regret about the purchase. Think it's just a bad business practice and should be stopped. While I ultimately was pleased with product I will not return to a store that won't accept returns on items they openly display.

Excellent Service Over several years, I have ordered a variety of lamps and lighting fixtures through the company on at least three separate occasions. I have always been impressed with the friendly and efficient customer service as well as the knowledge base and information provided by the sales people. I am very satisfied overall and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Truly Pros at LBG! Very happy with the new lighting we purchased from Lighting By Gregory. Detail is so important when doing a renovation and the staff was so helpful. You may save a few dollars shopping elsewhere but LBG delivers great advice & super service...the folks there are truly lighting pros!!

I recently bought 6 puck lights from … I recently bought 6 puck lights from Gregory Lighting. The manufacturer was Edge Lighting. As soon as we installed them, we noticed that the lights emitted light differently. The orb, the color temperature and everything was different between them. After voicing our concerns, GL replaced - first one, then all of them - to ensure that all would shine the same way. I couldn't be happier now. Good customer service! Fast too. Catrin
