I recently bought 6 puck lights from … I recently bought 6 puck lights from Gregory Lighting. The manufacturer was Edge Lighting. As soon as we installed them, we noticed that the lights emitted light differently. The orb, the color temperature and everything was different between them. After voicing our concerns, GL replaced - first one, then all of them - to ensure that all would shine the same way. I couldn't be happier now. Good customer service! Fast too. Catrin

The website errored out during checkout … The website errored out during checkout causing duplicate orders which Gregory didnt acknowledge or act on. Both orders were charged for and later mail (shippimg notifications) indicated the wrong name (wrong name on this review too). Not sure if this is related but the card used was hacked right after ordsring.

approx approx. 30 min wait to talk with representative but when we spoke he was excellent ... down to finding ... and ordering an Item I bought years ago ... which u no longer carry ... I brought my son to the store because I had very positive experiences ... from your Englewood, NJ store and Bowery

Excellent Service Over several years, I have ordered a variety of lamps and lighting fixtures through the company on at least three separate occasions. I have always been impressed with the friendly and efficient customer service as well as the knowledge base and information provided by the sales people. I am very satisfied overall and will continue to do business with them in the future.

no problem with delivery, BUT no problem with delivery, pick up, etc. 5 stars fro this BUT, purchased replacement track lighting. Unfortunately two of the fixtures do not fit my existing track -even though I had bought a sample of original when placing my order. OVERALL, 3 stars I am currently out of the country until spring 2018 and cannot come back to store to exchange until then.
