We renovated our 9th floor condo and… We renovated our 9th floor condo and needed some sleek, comfortable chairs for our new dining table and ordered six of Eternity Modern's tulip chairs. They took a couple of weeks longer to arrive than initially expected, but EM's team kept us updated and answered our questions along the way. The White Glove delivery team was great, and the chairs look beautiful. We were very pleased with EM's customer service AND product, and have recommended that friends use them as well.

Not customer oriented at all This company is a true shame...I see why so many low reviews have been recorded. The furniture seems nice enough but customer service is horrible. There is no number that you can call to speak to someone and ask questions to so instead you are reliant on email. The email might sit for a week or better before getting a response and don't expect anything elaborate. The customer service rep will also likely respond at the end of the day right before leaving so if you have further questions, you're stuck until the next time that they feel like answering. It's a true shame of a company overall. Timber samples are unable to be provided as well for most items which really isn't helpful when you're trying to match furniture pieces and wood shades. Overall, the company seems to prioritize doing truly the bare minimum that needs to be done rather than keeping customer satisfaction as the priority. Wouldn't recommend shopping here. You can find a lot of pieces which are just as nice elsewhere and along with nice furniture, you can also find people who have a genuine interest in helping and providing high quality care for their customers. Eternity Modern is definitely not the place for that.

executive Saarinen arm chairs I purchased 6 executive Saarinen armchairs with wooden legs in woven Chome merit fabric and they are beautiful! But better than they look is how comfortable they are. Honestly I am so impressed with these chairs and they so smart in my dining room. The company was great to deal with and helped me with my ordering questions ( fabric durability) and they also trouble shooted delivery issues when my delivery was to arrive and I was out of the county. They were so responsive and easy to deal with. All my chairs arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I really can’t say enough. I will be looking at purchasing other items from this website based on furniture quality and customer service.

So happy with my experience Amazing experience with Eternity Modern. The product is exquisite. Lead time was pretty much exactly what was predicted at the time of purchase. Plus absolutely seamless delivery—the table was packaged SO carefully (even the delivery men were commenting how securely it was packaged). Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
