I’d deff recommend the white glove service with your delivery because it’s extremely heavy. I will be ordering a lot more products very soon and can’t wait to actually use my sofa after home renovations

The perfect chair! I purchased a chair and footstool and I love it! The quality is amazing and the style is perfect. It's modern and the leather is soft and supple. Customer service with this company is great too. I was informed when my item had shipped and got updates on a regular basis. Delivery was on time and my chair arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this chair and this company!

Not customer oriented at all This company is a true shame...I see why so many low reviews have been recorded. The furniture seems nice enough but customer service is horrible. There is no number that you can call to speak to someone and ask questions to so instead you are reliant on email. The email might sit for a week or better before getting a response and don't expect anything elaborate. The customer service rep will also likely respond at the end of the day right before leaving so if you have further questions, you're stuck until the next time that they feel like answering. It's a true shame of a company overall. Timber samples are unable to be provided as well for most items which really isn't helpful when you're trying to match furniture pieces and wood shades. Overall, the company seems to prioritize doing truly the bare minimum that needs to be done rather than keeping customer satisfaction as the priority. Wouldn't recommend shopping here. You can find a lot of pieces which are just as nice elsewhere and along with nice furniture, you can also find people who have a genuine interest in helping and providing high quality care for their customers. Eternity Modern is definitely not the place for that.

The only less ideal experiences I had were several fabric samples being out of stock and the length of time it took to receive. But if you aren’t in a rush, it’s worth the wait. Also I really appreciated there was no new fabric scent.
