I bought an office chair from EM last… I bought an office chair from EM last week, the product arrived damaged in the box, informed them right after opening, horrible customer service and low quality made product. Frustrating and disappointing 👎👎 After a week I am still waiting, no after sales services folks.

Their packaging and shipping service was very impressive. we didn’t need to get any service after, everything was a smooth process. Since we had a good experience with eternity modern. We didn’t hesitate to get our family room arm chars from them. I was little worried about the leather condition of the chairs but they came great. you can also ask for swatches but I just wanted it fast so I ordered and got it perfectly! We love the two furnitures(bed n arm chairs) quality and service!
