Far from perfect We ordered a vanity for our bathroom. It was delivered on time, but there were several issues with the item (it didn't match the sketch that could be found online, so the plumbing had to be redone - the basin had a crack and leaked - another part was missing - the door had a scratch). I have spent hours on the phone with mainfaucet employees, all of them were very nice - but the communication between them really didn't work, so I had to call back multiple times. We had to have the plumber come back out, which of course he charged us for. So, overall, not a pleasant experience and it would have been better to buy locally.

Good prices, but not so easy to do returns I bought a set of corner glass shelves here because the prices were very good compared to similar products from other manufacturers/stores. However, I had contacted them afterwards about returning unopened (box all unopeend, even the original UPS box it came in), and was told that I'd be subject to restocking fees and I'd have to pay for the return shipping. I'm used to Amazon.com where returns are quite easy... So anyways, make sure when you order you are certain you want it, because returns aren't up to what I'm used to. Otherwise good prices, I'd still check them out.

Great light over my table!! I installed these lights to replace some dated fixtures. The neutral style allows them to fit in easily to my decor. The design allows you to use none to three extensions, so the drop height is adjustable. I used one, which was perfect in my installation location. Installation was easy, and the instructions were very complete and clear.

The pendant Tiffany lamps are a magnificent completing feature for my kitchen. Saw this pendant fixture advertised by a large retailer for significantly greater cost. I was extremely happy to find it at a price point that I felt I could stretch to afford. The glass shades arrived unscathed by the shipping - I am used to foam form-fitted to Tiffany glass, but the packing, while a little messier, served its purpose well. There were no installation instructions, but my sons were able to complete the installation with a little trial and error. The fixture has greatly improved the lighting in the work area of my kitchen in addition to becoming a focal point of beauty.

Eco friendly and Elegant I bought matching fans for daughter's bedrooms. Upgrading rooms for return from college. The remotes, energy saver lights with low heat, excellent cooling were a life saver over the summer in the South. This was a steal and nothing local compared to the elegance of the product which was more beautiful that the pictures revealed online.
