FRBought a Topcutter skull shaver for 5 times the price Bought a Topcutter skull shaver for £98.00 arrived from China instructions weren't grammar correct. As suspected quick check reveled identical product on Temu for £16.95. I feel totally ripped right off

AUUnsatisfactory Unsatisfactory. Refund policy said 14 days but now I notice you consider a hair dryer a beauty product. It’s just an electrical product. I will never deal with this company again and will tell everyone I know also

GBContact centre info is not correct, hence no response When I eventually got through which took loads of emails and a certain amount of tenacity, I got a good response and the problem was sorted. But the email on the support site does not work.

GBGreat experience Great experience. I am an independent e-commerce tester that analyses e-commerce stores and provides feedback to share with other people and I have tested Swedish, German and Norwegian stores. The only down side was the delivery times to Norway. I have ordered 3 different products and they were all of good quality for the price point.

GBI placed an order for a hairdryer on… I placed an order for a hairdryer on the 16th November. I have been chasing since the beginning of December with no joy. I do get a response to my emails but basically with a tracking number which when I look just says the product is coming from China with no real information as to where it is. I can't find any information on the actual company, so like others on this forum I feel I have been totally scammed out of £109. I thought I had done my research but it was on the product and not on the company. Very angry and upset.
