We have called daily & sent an email since we received the order approximately 2 weeks ago. We have not had any response from Voidhawk. If we do not hear from them by July 24th, I am contacting the attorneys general in Indiana, Florida & any state where Voidhawk does business. We simply want a replacement. Price vs value Each flashlight does work. One uses two Lithium rechargeable batteries and other a AA cell. A charger is included. Each unit is metal and looks reliable. An additional mini unit was included that had a price of $19.95 that one can buy elsewhere for a few dollars. However to price is much higher than what this combo of flashlights are worth.

Another high quality product! Shipping was fast! Received everything advertised! I have bought several models of these torches and haven't been disappointed yet!! I work in law enforcement and something as simple as a torch can mean the difference between your life and death by being able to properly illuminate an area you are searching!!! There flashlights are crap and also the … There flashlights are crap and also the warranty stinks my flashlight didnt last just past a year sent messages and got zero response i would steer clear of the t_rex 4c model flashlight and if anybody from voidhawk happens to see or read this send me a new flashlight i can use it .as a weight to a throw a ropes on my boat.

Phone number is no longer valid and they don’t answer customer service emails. I had to go through the bother of escalating a claim through Paypal to get my money back and am still waiting!!
