There flashlights are crap and also the … There flashlights are crap and also the warranty stinks my flashlight didnt last just past a year sent messages and got zero response i would steer clear of the t_rex 4c model flashlight and if anybody from voidhawk happens to see or read this send me a new flashlight i can use it .as a weight to a throw a ropes on my boat.

Scam…they are taking $$ and not… Scam…they are taking $$ and not shipping the items. Their phone is disconnected…they do not respond to emails. Got taken for $200 plus. Reporting it to every site I can to protect consumers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

Called VoidHawk twice and emailed once… Called VoidHawk twice and emailed once to get customer service, but no response. Frustrating because the voicemail says that VoidHawk will respond within 24 hours. I wanted to call about a bulk order discount which I did not end up receiving because no one responded to me. Also shipping and tracking information was not sent to me until days after the flashlights had already arrived. At the end of the day, the Velociraptor V3 flashlights that I received were all working. I have used these flashlights before, so I knew what I was getting.

Ordered from void hawk on 9/1/19 Ordered from void hawk on 9/1/19. Web site states item shipped within 3 business days. It is now 17 business days since order and still no merchandise. Called customer service ,no response. Sent email again no response. Want merchandise or refund.
