After having purchased $264.00 in … After having purchased $264.00 in product, the Mini-Raptor M2C arrived defective. We have called daily & sent an email since we received the order approximately 2 weeks ago. We have not had any response from Voidhawk. If we do not hear from them by July 24th, I am contacting the attorneys general in Indiana, Florida & any state where Voidhawk does business. We simply want a replacement. Worst customers service I have ever… Worst customers service I have ever experienced with online shopping. I bought a flash light that was sent to me with out the rechargeable batteries I tried calling them several times no one answers the phone and no one returns the call even after the 24 hrs their voice mail box suggests.They just simply don't care after charging your credit card.

VOIDHAWK WENT DARK... My best flashlights were from VoidHawk and I have positive experience about their products, I bought several flashlights over the years until the last one. Their got my money and NEVER sent the item. No emails were answered and phone calls went to the trash bin. No one contacted me and now reading the reviews I see that is a general fraud issue. Pirates!

Phone number is no longer valid and they don’t answer customer service emails. I had to go through the bother of escalating a claim through Paypal to get my money back and am still waiting!!
