Worst customers service I have ever… Worst customers service I have ever experienced with online shopping. I bought a flash light that was sent to me with out the rechargeable batteries I tried calling them several times no one answers the phone and no one returns the call even after the 24 hrs their voice mail box suggests.They just simply don't care after charging your credit card.

Out of business? No customer service! Flashlight out of the box worked great for a week or two; called customer service; actually got someone who suggested a few things to check; figured out the tail piece switch was bad...Have called back over twenty times; left messages; no response. I would even buy a tail piece extension with the switch included to add a third battery and extend run time; but not so sure they would respond other than just taking the money...... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.....HOW CAN THEY STAY IN BUSINESS?

I would give this company zero stars if… I would give this company zero stars if I could. However I am not even a customer. I am the person everyone is calling trying to get info on their orders. I have emailed this company on February 20,2021 trying to get the website to update it's phone number. So please if your a customer service representative for this company, please get someone to update everything with the correct information.

After having purchased $264.00 in … After having purchased $264.00 in product, the Mini-Raptor M2C arrived defective. We have called daily & sent an email since we received the order approximately 2 weeks ago. We have not had any response from Voidhawk. If we do not hear from them by July 24th, I am contacting the attorneys general in Indiana, Florida & any state where Voidhawk does business. We simply want a replacement. NOT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE I've previously purchased Voidhawk lights that operate perfectly. I ordered 3 of the T-Rex-T3 lights in October 2019. I was unable to get them to work. No assistance from customer support. I see they're out of stock on batteries for these lights. Reviews seem to have worsened over the past few years - perhaps they're going out of business? In any event, I am totally dissatisfied with the product and the customer service. I heartily recommend NOT doing business with Voidhawk!
