After having purchased $264.00 in … After having purchased $264.00 in product, the Mini-Raptor M2C arrived defective. We have called daily & sent an email since we received the order approximately 2 weeks ago. We have not had any response from Voidhawk. If we do not hear from them by July 24th, I am contacting the attorneys general in Indiana, Florida & any state where Voidhawk does business. We simply want a replacement. VOIDHAWK WENT DARK... My best flashlights were from VoidHawk and I have positive experience about their products, I bought several flashlights over the years until the last one. Their got my money and NEVER sent the item. No emails were answered and phone calls went to the trash bin. No one contacted me and now reading the reviews I see that is a general fraud issue. Pirates!

I would give this company zero stars if… I would give this company zero stars if I could. However I am not even a customer. I am the person everyone is calling trying to get info on their orders. I have emailed this company on February 20,2021 trying to get the website to update it's phone number. So please if your a customer service representative for this company, please get someone to update everything with the correct information.

I really like these flashlights I really like these flashlights. Except, one of my chargers only lasted a few charges and the micro-raptor battery contacts make the light undependable without screwing and unscrewing the end cap. Also the mode changes without the switch.

Horrible company Horrible company. I purchased the M3 on 11/29 and it's 12/19 and still no flashlight. I called them and their number is not in service, sent about 10 emails and no response from them. The tracking says in transit since the 12th. And I am now disputing a $60 transaction with my credit card company. Horrible company & Horrible customer service actually no customer service at all. This will be going to the BBB really soon.
