I would give this company zero stars if… I would give this company zero stars if I could. However I am not even a customer. I am the person everyone is calling trying to get info on their orders. I have emailed this company on February 20,2021 trying to get the website to update it's phone number. So please if your a customer service representative for this company, please get someone to update everything with the correct information.

Safety, security, and peace of mind. I have two sons that are Industrial Construction Superintendents and I bought them both Voidhawk Flashlights. They love them! In dark tunnels, vaults, and night viewing high tension line connections, these flashlights are superior to any flashlight they ever had. They are tough, durable, and help you stay safe in dark dangerous situations. Thank you Voidhawk.

I ordered the "COMPLETE" set of… I ordered the "COMPLETE" set of flashlights which included a barrel extension for the larger flashlight. The flashlight came with only two batteries, I presumed that the other battery was accidentally forgotten. I called the number listed on the packing list and left a message and was told I would receive a call back. To date I have not received either the forgotten battery or a phone call back from the supplier. The products are great but I cannot use the big light with the three batteries unless they send it to me.

Out of business? No customer service! Flashlight out of the box worked great for a week or two; called customer service; actually got someone who suggested a few things to check; figured out the tail piece switch was bad...Have called back over twenty times; left messages; no response. I would even buy a tail piece extension with the switch included to add a third battery and extend run time; but not so sure they would respond other than just taking the money...... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.....HOW CAN THEY STAY IN BUSINESS?

There flashlights are crap and also the … There flashlights are crap and also the warranty stinks my flashlight didnt last just past a year sent messages and got zero response i would steer clear of the t_rex 4c model flashlight and if anybody from voidhawk happens to see or read this send me a new flashlight i can use it .as a weight to a throw a ropes on my boat.
