GBI cannot review the product as I have… I cannot review the product as I have not received it yet. I ordered it almost 4 weeks ago (Aug. 1) and have not received it. Customer service was not very helpful. Took days to respond and then I was told the bulb I ordered was not available which the website did not say when I placed order. I was told the base would ship and I should pick out a different bulb which I did. I was sent a code for I believe it was 15% off of next purchase. I asked the discount be applied to this order which was accepted. That was on August 12 and I have yet to receive an email saying my order shipped nor have I received anything. At this point I cannot recommend ordering anything from E.P. Light

GBHorrible customer service, Horrible customer service,. Once they take your money. Your on your own. I sent back two bulbs, after receiving their authorization. And a month went by with no refund. Once I reached out "where's my money ". All communication stopped. I had to get my bank involved to dispute charges

GBNo customer service I have ordered a number of bulbs over the past year . My recent order was incorrect. They have done nothing about it . I have had had a question about the bulbs purchased in the past “three out of the four bulbs blink when they are upside down . No response . Nice product but I won’t use again . Too bad a lot of people at my business ask about the bulbs .

GBI was an original Kickstarter backer I was an original Kickstarter backer. When it was apparent my order had not shipped or was lost in the Kickstarter ether I reached out to the campaign owner. He replied immediately even though from many time zones away. He made things right and gave me much clearer choices than I had to understand originally. Overall I am very satisfied with the company and their product as well as their individual customer service.

CAHorrible customer service/wrong order Ordered two lightbulbs, received one and a base with an incompatible plug. Contacted the company and they told me that since the base is worth more, they won't send me the second bulb. But I don't need the base (which by the way, made smoke after being plugged with an adaptor) and never got my second one. Then company went quiet. Avoid
