Ask for a parcel refund due to finding it 10.00 cheaper the day after ordering it and didn’t get a reply at all. Lousy customer service. Most discouraging is the different prices on different web sites for me. Also doesn’t state that you have to buy the base separately.

But ... what I received was basically the same cheap, Chinese lamp as the one I received on Amazon. Exact same remote and many of the same issues. On my most recent order the hardware screws that attach the legs to the lamp were not sized correctly - the holes were two small for several of the screws. The ones that did fit STRIPPED instantly due to the cheap, soft metal.

He replied immediately even though from many time zones away. He made things right and gave me much clearer choices than I had to understand originally. Overall I am very satisfied with the company and their product as well as their individual customer service.
