DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order with EP Light over two months ago. Since then I have tried to contact them several times to enquire about delivery time for this order but I have not been able to speak to anyone or had any response to emails. I am still waiting to hear from them to find out when, if at all, I am going to receive the order I placed. I would also like to highlight that I paid for these items when I placed the order. So my experience of this company so far is extremely poor. I would caution anyone who is thinking of placing an order with them to think twice.

Horrible customer service/wrong order Ordered two lightbulbs, received one and a base with an incompatible plug. Contacted the company and they told me that since the base is worth more, they won't send me the second bulb. But I don't need the base (which by the way, made smoke after being plugged with an adaptor) and never got my second one. Then company went quiet. Avoid

Been waiting on my order for a month. Ive bought one of these lights before and i love it, but this time, i orderd a 3 pack on january 28th and still haven’t received almost a month later on february 24th. Whats up with thatt?? Free shipping is awesome but not when it takes this long. Would've rather paid the shipping cost.

I was an original Kickstarter backer I was an original Kickstarter backer. When it was apparent my order had not shipped or was lost in the Kickstarter ether I reached out to the campaign owner. He replied immediately even though from many time zones away. He made things right and gave me much clearer choices than I had to understand originally. Overall I am very satisfied with the company and their product as well as their individual customer service.

took almost a month to have the item… took almost a month to have the item delivered. The tracking number was not useful. The manual is in Chinese only. Is still do not understand how this lamp works.
