Been waiting on my order for a month. Ive bought one of these lights before and i love it, but this time, i orderd a 3 pack on january 28th and still haven’t received almost a month later on february 24th. Whats up with thatt?? Free shipping is awesome but not when it takes this long. Would've rather paid the shipping cost.

Wow! Was very surprised with the companies rude comment. I understood that each bulb ,no matter what kind you purchase ,would be different. Very unprofessional,would never buy from them again. I purchased 2 and they are really nice but I was disappointed because they are almost alike. Only difference is one has a small sting of black. I got them for my granddaughters so I was hoping that they would be at least 2 different colors.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order with EP Light over two months ago. Since then I have tried to contact them several times to enquire about delivery time for this order but I have not been able to speak to anyone or had any response to emails. I am still waiting to hear from them to find out when, if at all, I am going to receive the order I placed. I would also like to highlight that I paid for these items when I placed the order. So my experience of this company so far is extremely poor. I would caution anyone who is thinking of placing an order with them to think twice.

I was sent the wrong light 3… I was sent the wrong light 3 times..Literally 3 times. took over a month to get it all sorted out and at the end of it, all The escape room I was a building that had the light cube in it was incomplete because it was missing.

Cube Desk Lamp The cube desk lamp I purchased as a gift was quite beautiful with gorgeous patterns. It was also dimable which was a welcome surprise! I made the mistake of not carefully looking at the dimensions, and it was smaller than I thought it would be based on the pictures. I also received the wrong color (ordered Aurora and received Ice), but the recipient was ok with the white and blue and I didn't attempt an exchange.
