GBWorst Customer service ever Their customer service is rude, and terrible. They appear to be a small venture. We placed an order of just 4 items in a week and they couldn't fulfill it. We reached out to them for status update. They cancelled my order and processed the refund without even notifying me. This was first of its kind in my online shopping experience. Such suppliers should be barred from offering products to people until they overhaul the fulfillment process. Just sad to see such interesting ideas sinking due to poor management.

GBWow! Was very surprised with the companies rude comment. I understood that each bulb ,no matter what kind you purchase ,would be different. Very unprofessional,would never buy from them again. I purchased 2 and they are really nice but I was disappointed because they are almost alike. Only difference is one has a small sting of black. I got them for my granddaughters so I was hoping that they would be at least 2 different colors.

GBI cannot review the product as I have… I cannot review the product as I have not received it yet. I ordered it almost 4 weeks ago (Aug. 1) and have not received it. Customer service was not very helpful. Took days to respond and then I was told the bulb I ordered was not available which the website did not say when I placed order. I was told the base would ship and I should pick out a different bulb which I did. I was sent a code for I believe it was 15% off of next purchase. I asked the discount be applied to this order which was accepted. That was on August 12 and I have yet to receive an email saying my order shipped nor have I received anything. At this point I cannot recommend ordering anything from E.P. Light

NLElectrocuted I received this lamp with the classic base. When I was holding the base and touched the power plug (the plastic) I got electrocuted. Avoid this product at all cost. It hasn't been certified, just some crap from China.

GBDamaged bulb The bulb I received was damaged. I returned it but have yet to receive a replacement or any response from the emails I have sent. 24 hour customer service?...I don’t think so. Very disappointed.
