Buyers Beware! Wow! I wish I would have seen these reviews before making my purchase. I ordered what I thought was a 2 mug couples set, but only received 1mug. The company responded to my first email right away, saying I was mistaken and that I need to "check myself again". I have since requested a refund and had no response to my several attempts. Buyers Beware!

Great product and fast shipping Great product and fast shipping. I bought 3 cups from this site for Valentine's Day and 2 for my parents. I chose personal to put everyone's name on the cup. I was very surprised when I received the cup 4 days after I paid. And I'm glad to receive the product it is beautifully printed and the names of people are very clear. I also received a 10% discount code for the next purchase. Very unexpected.

Just don’t order from here Same story as others here. I ordered a mug on December 31, and received an email saying I paid someone with a Vietnamese name on PayPal. But the transaction never went through PayPal, and they have no record of it. Complete and total scam.

I wish I would have seen this site… I wish I would have seen this site before ordering. Just a repeat of what everyone else has already said--no way to communicate with them, never answer inquiries, etc. But they were certainly quick to take my Pay Pal payment! So much for trying to buy something nice for my wife.

Poor customer service, thinking of canceling my order-updated **Update 12/31-finally received my mug but no info about delay. Still online says "processing" FYI** I placed an order online a week ago for a mug, said 3-7 days shipping. Online says order status as "processing", I have emailed twice, no answer. I realize there are shipping delays but to not even know if it has left the warehouse though the payment was made via PayPal... I thought I had done my research online for reviews but evidently not (per this page). Very frustrating... Now 10 days after placing order and still nothing...scam.....DON'T USE THEM!!!
