Ugggghhh Ugggghhh - same experience as everyone else. After i through a big fit over email I was provided with a tracking number which now appears to be for some random person's delivery. It's being delivered to Adrian Michigan - nowhere close to where I live or the address I provided. I would like to really raise some hell with this company - surely they can't be all that foolproof.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! I purchased a MUG on 10/3/20 ... fast forward to today 11/3/2020 .. three emails sent and no reply about a refund .. I have contacted PayPal in regards to this since the seller will not answer any of my emails about a refund and their website “contact us” tab has been down since the very first time I tried to reach out to them about this order. This is just plain bad customer service .. I will never purchase anything from them. EVER. I knew something was up after purchasing the item and never receiving any kind of shipping confirmation.

Poor customer service, thinking of canceling my order-updated **Update 12/31-finally received my mug but no info about delay. Still online says "processing" FYI** I placed an order online a week ago for a mug, said 3-7 days shipping. Online says order status as "processing", I have emailed twice, no answer. I realize there are shipping delays but to not even know if it has left the warehouse though the payment was made via PayPal... I thought I had done my research online for reviews but evidently not (per this page). Very frustrating... Now 10 days after placing order and still nothing...scam.....DON'T USE THEM!!!

WARNING! Do not buy from this business Kitchen Decor Shop has a set of mugs advertised on their web site. There is a picture of a SET of mugs that coordinate with one another, AND the title says "SET!" I purchased 2 separate orders. 1 order was for 2 SETS, yet they sent me 2 mugs. I should have received 4. The second order was for 1 SET, yet they sent me 1 mug when I should have received 2. They are falsely advertising and cheating people out of their money. I will be reporting them to their local authorities as well as my own local authorities and I will stop at nothing to make sure they don't continue doing this to more and more people.
