GBDespite all the negative reviews Despite all the negative reviews, I want to share my “positive” experience with Kitchen Decor. I placed an order for a coffee mug on their website on August 2. Although I saw the cost paid though my PayPal account, I received no confirmation or notice concerning the purchase from Kitchen. At the time, I thought: “Scam”. HOWEVER, on August 12, I received the cup, well packaged and exactly as described. Other than the communication being terrible, the delivery time, packaging and product quality were great! If they just improved their communication, they would dramatically improve their market presence.

GBDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! I purchased a MUG on 10/3/20 ... fast forward to today 11/3/2020 .. three emails sent and no reply about a refund .. I have contacted PayPal in regards to this since the seller will not answer any of my emails about a refund and their website “contact us” tab has been down since the very first time I tried to reach out to them about this order. This is just plain bad customer service .. I will never purchase anything from them. EVER. I knew something was up after purchasing the item and never receiving any kind of shipping confirmation.

GBPoor customer service, thinking of canceling my order-updated **Update 12/31-finally received my mug but no info about delay. Still online says "processing" FYI** I placed an order online a week ago for a mug, said 3-7 days shipping. Online says order status as "processing", I have emailed twice, no answer. I realize there are shipping delays but to not even know if it has left the warehouse though the payment was made via PayPal... I thought I had done my research online for reviews but evidently not (per this page). Very frustrating... Now 10 days after placing order and still nothing...scam.....DON'T USE THEM!!!

GBFAKE COMPANY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! Complete and utter scam. Ordered a mug in December - the business took my money and never shipped my order. I have called multiple times but the phone line is disconnected and no one responds to emails. Will be reporting to the BBB.

GBBUYER BEWARE. The seller sent me a product that did not match the photo in their website, refused to acknowledge the discrepancy and refused a refund. After I filed a PayPal dispute, they eventually offered a full refund if I shipped the product to VIETNAM -- a pretty useless proposition since shipping will cost more than the product. The item was apparently shipped from Michigan, why should I send it to Vietnam? Pretty sketchy business practices, horrible customer service.
