Despite all the negative reviews Despite all the negative reviews, I want to share my “positive” experience with Kitchen Decor. I placed an order for a coffee mug on their website on August 2. Although I saw the cost paid though my PayPal account, I received no confirmation or notice concerning the purchase from Kitchen. At the time, I thought: “Scam”. HOWEVER, on August 12, I received the cup, well packaged and exactly as described. Other than the communication being terrible, the delivery time, packaging and product quality were great! If they just improved their communication, they would dramatically improve their market presence.

WARNING! Do not buy from this business Kitchen Decor Shop has a set of mugs advertised on their web site. There is a picture of a SET of mugs that coordinate with one another, AND the title says "SET!" I purchased 2 separate orders. 1 order was for 2 SETS, yet they sent me 2 mugs. I should have received 4. The second order was for 1 SET, yet they sent me 1 mug when I should have received 2. They are falsely advertising and cheating people out of their money. I will be reporting them to their local authorities as well as my own local authorities and I will stop at nothing to make sure they don't continue doing this to more and more people.

I wish I would have seen this site… I wish I would have seen this site before ordering. Just a repeat of what everyone else has already said--no way to communicate with them, never answer inquiries, etc. But they were certainly quick to take my Pay Pal payment! So much for trying to buy something nice for my wife.

I would give this zero stars if I… I would give this zero stars if I could. I paid on the website using PayPal. I got the confirmation they got my money but I never got an order confirmation. I emailed the address that shows up in my PayPal confirmation, but received no response. I’ll be filing a claim with my bank and with PayPal. Hopefully PayPal can disable their account since they are collecting money under false pretenses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IF IT EVEN EXISTS!!!
