GBIf I could leave zero stars I would If I could leave zero stars I would. Bought linen sheets for my son for college a little over two years ago. He mentioned to me the fitted sheet had developed a huge hole. Contacted customer service to let them know I was placing an order for a new sheet, but obviously they have quality issues (had to order from there because of sheet set and color match or definitely wouldn’t have) - was met with NO SOLUTION. Not a discount, not a replacement, not anything. Complete missed opportunity. What a terrible company and horrible customer service. Take your business anywhere but Parachute.

GBTerrible quality! I heard that Parachute sheets were excellent quality, so I splurged and bought the percale set. They do indeed have a luxurious feel. But the quality is crap. After six months, I was stunned to find that the paper thin fabric on the corners of the fitted sheet had began to tear. So much for excellent quality! We were planning on buying Parachute sheets for all of our beds, but after paying $110 for a piece of junk, I'll never buy another product from this company. I don't see an option on their website to post a review, so I'm doing it here. Too bad I don't have the option to post photos so you can see the disintegrated fabric. (By the way, Parachute's washing instructions were followed explicitly.)

GBParachute does not stand behind its products. I loved the products but they are failing after a couple years. I have other percale sheet sets from other brands on rotation that are 20 years old and still look beautiful. The newest Parachute ones are the only ones failing and tearing. Customer service was not helpful when I reached out for a resolution. After many years of exclusively buying expensive linens from Parachute, I’m done. There are better companies out there that actually stand behind their products.

GBI'll spare you the repeated details… I'll spare you the repeated details that are stated in EVERY review.....Horrible customer service! This company needs to be brought down. Anyone with me on taking a trip to their CA location to speak with someone directly? Their front door may be more effective than the email they don't answer. A face-to-face confrontation could make all the difference to everyone. I'm even down for staging a boycott in front of the business?

GBSteer clear of Parachute Steer clear of Parachute! No customer service - only emails to communicate/resolve issues. I ordered a Parachute bed and was assured that it would accommodate an adjustable base. Later, I discover that it can't. I emailed their CX team to explain the misrepresentation (most likely inadvertent by their salesperson) and was told that although the bed hadn't been manufactured, they would not cancel the order. I posted a negative review on Trustpilot and also emailed their CEO. Within hours the order was cancelled and a refund issued. I contrast this experience to that with Saatva - a more mature and professional organization. I hope Parachute's management will take notice and up their customer experience game as it is sorely lacking now.
