GBEnhanced Sleeping Experience Our Parachute sheets have far exceeded our expectations, and resulted in a more relaxed and enjoyable sleeping experience night after night. The biggest challenge has become getting out of bed in the morning as we don't want to get out from under the covers. We're currently debating whether to buy a second pair. Clearly can't say enough good things about them.

I have since had my fitted sheet replaced. I am very happy with the level of customer service I was provided!! So far the new sheet has been great! Thank you Parachute & Sarah for making this right! **Original Review Within the first month of owning the sateen sheets they began piling. Had the sateen sheets for less than a year before they developed holes. They are unwilling to refund me or replace the items.

GBThey are "only able to help with… They are "only able to help with product issues within the first year of purchase," even in the case of a faulty product. Note that this "first year" timeline is not listed online anywhere, which they confirmed. Expensive products. Terrible customer service.

GBCompletely Fell Apart I purchased a set of expensive linen sheets that completely fell apart after only one year with holes everywhere. The quality of the linen is very thin and terrible, and develops tiny holes all over the fabric making it unusable.

GBExpensive Sheets that Didn't Last These sheets are not cheap, but they started to come apart on me in less than a year and a half, with holes in the sheets and pillowcase lining coming undone at the seams. That being said, Parachute has reached out and been very good about compensating me for the issue, which is a lot more than can be said about many companies these days. So while I doubt I will be purchasing these particular sheets again in the future, I can get behind a company that tries to create an ultimately positive customer experience. 1 star for my product and five stars for support = 3 stars.
