We purchased Eco Comfort mattress… We purchased Eco Comfort mattress almost a year ago and overall it’s been the least comfortable mattress we’ve had in a while, and it wasn’t cheap. I contacted customer service to express my concerns and experience and they had nothing to offer us not even a discount or credit for a mattress topper. My wife and I have spent thousands buying towels and sheets and this is the first time we’ve had an issue. Customer service was pretty much dismissive and unhelpful at providing any support. As a loyal customer - I had higher expectations. We won’t be buying anything else from Parachute.

Parachute does not stand behind its products. I loved the products but they are failing after a couple years. I have other percale sheet sets from other brands on rotation that are 20 years old and still look beautiful. The newest Parachute ones are the only ones failing and tearing. Customer service was not helpful when I reached out for a resolution. After many years of exclusively buying expensive linens from Parachute, I’m done. There are better companies out there that actually stand behind their products.

Truly a disappointment ! Truly a horrible customer service experience! Their products aren't cheap, and I’d expect someone to return my repeated emails on a 250$ purchase, but alas no. Their chat wasn’t helpful either, so now I’m left waiting for the products to arrive (too late for the surprise occasion they were meant for!) -when I won’t need them anymore. Such a disappointment!

They are "only able to help with… They are "only able to help with product issues within the first year of purchase," even in the case of a faulty product. Note that this "first year" timeline is not listed online anywhere, which they confirmed. Expensive products. Terrible customer service.

Terrible quality! I heard that Parachute sheets were excellent quality, so I splurged and bought the percale set. They do indeed have a luxurious feel. But the quality is crap. After six months, I was stunned to find that the paper thin fabric on the corners of the fitted sheet had began to tear. So much for excellent quality! We were planning on buying Parachute sheets for all of our beds, but after paying $110 for a piece of junk, I'll never buy another product from this company. I don't see an option on their website to post a review, so I'm doing it here. Too bad I don't have the option to post photos so you can see the disintegrated fabric. (By the way, Parachute's washing instructions were followed explicitly.)
