GBOur Merchandise arrived damaged Our Merchandise arrived damaged. I sent pictures to your company and have received NO REPLY from the pictures I sent. The box was torn and broken and all three pieces were damaged. No evidence of any protective material was present. I am extremely disappointed. I may send it back the same way I received it if I do not hear from you soon!

GBCommunication between myself and shapes… Communication between myself and shapes plastics was less than optimal. When I tried to call someone, a recording recommended I use email or “chat“ for faster service. When I attempted to chat, I got no response. When I attempted to email, apparently my Gmail did not sync with whatever mail system they use, so I was unable to communicate through that channel either. Once I was able to connect with a live person, they were polite and eager to help.

GBHad to call and re order twice because… Had to call and re order twice because i ordered two pieces but only received one on both orders. and when the second order came in it was cut 3 inches longer than i asked for so i ended up having to cut it myself.

GBBoth pieces were broken… Both pieces I received had broken corners. The packing was just a piece of cardboard wrapped around the pieces, with no real padding, so every drop or delivery person who wasn't careful could have damaged these. I installed them but need to replace them b/c there are cracks and a broken corner
