Communication between myself and shapes… Communication between myself and shapes plastics was less than optimal. When I tried to call someone, a recording recommended I use email or “chat“ for faster service. When I attempted to chat, I got no response. When I attempted to email, apparently my Gmail did not sync with whatever mail system they use, so I was unable to communicate through that channel either. Once I was able to connect with a live person, they were polite and eager to help.

I saw several questionable reviews... I saw several questionable reviews on ShapesPlastics, so I was wary. I am very happy to say that despite the negativity I saw, I had an excellent experience! Most outstanding was the communication and follow-up. Because I was skeptical, I reached out several times by email to make sure nothing was falling through the cracks. Not only did I get e-mail feedback, but on each occasion I received a phone call to answer my query. In the end, the product arrived BEFORE the projected date (a bit over a week in total) WITHOUT any shipping damage and exactly to the specification I provided. I am very happy with the product, the service provided and the cost. I would recommend ShapesPlastics.

Both pieces were broken… Both pieces I received had broken corners. The packing was just a piece of cardboard wrapped around the pieces, with no real padding, so every drop or delivery person who wasn't careful could have damaged these. I installed them but need to replace them b/c there are cracks and a broken corner
