Easy to order and fast to ship! Website made it easy to find and order what I wanted. Order was filled and shipped fast (within a couple of days) and it was exactly as expected!

Both pieces were broken… Both pieces I received had broken corners. The packing was just a piece of cardboard wrapped around the pieces, with no real padding, so every drop or delivery person who wasn't careful could have damaged these. I installed them but need to replace them b/c there are cracks and a broken corner

I purchased a custom cut sheet of clear… I purchased a custom cut sheet of clear cast plexiglass for a project. It was shipped wrapped in some bubble wrap and a thin sheet of corrugated paper. No box or anything sturdy. It was shipped FedEx, and unfortunately two different corners were damaged due to the poor shipping materials used. Normally, I would have contacted the company and arranged an exchange, but I needed the project finished ASAP. So I'll have to deal with some cosmetic flaws for now. If I need custom cut plexiglass again, I'll look elsewhere.

Communication between myself and shapes… Communication between myself and shapes plastics was less than optimal. When I tried to call someone, a recording recommended I use email or “chat“ for faster service. When I attempted to chat, I got no response. When I attempted to email, apparently my Gmail did not sync with whatever mail system they use, so I was unable to communicate through that channel either. Once I was able to connect with a live person, they were polite and eager to help.
