Most outstanding was the communication and follow-up. Because I was skeptical, I reached out several times by email to make sure nothing was falling through the cracks. Not only did I get e-mail feedback, but on each occasion I received a phone call to answer my query. In the end, the product arrived BEFORE the projected date (a bit over a week in total) WITHOUT any shipping damage and exactly to the specification I provided. 1/8 inch tolerance One of the dimensions was off by an 1/8 of an inch. Although the website says that there is a 1/8 tolerance (which is pretty large) I didn’t think that it would be a whole Eighth off.

Plastic terminology , read it ! I have been expecting a call back but none ever came. I ordered incorrectly not understanding the plastic terminology and they were going to try and help me resolve issue but …. Expensive mistake I have been contacted and the company is going to help me out with what I needed. Great service . Thank you
