The box was torn and broken and all three pieces were damaged. No evidence of any protective material was present. I am extremely disappointed. I may send it back the same way I received it if I do not hear from you soon!

GBI purchased a custom cut sheet of clear… I purchased a custom cut sheet of clear cast plexiglass for a project. It was shipped wrapped in some bubble wrap and a thin sheet of corrugated paper. No box or anything sturdy. It was shipped FedEx, and unfortunately two different corners were damaged due to the poor shipping materials used. Normally, I would have contacted the company and arranged an exchange, but I needed the project finished ASAP. So I'll have to deal with some cosmetic flaws for now. If I need custom cut plexiglass again, I'll look elsewhere.

GBI have ordered different shapes and… I have ordered different shapes and thicknesses of cast plastic products. Have never been disappointed in the quality and precision of sizes.

GBPlastic terminology , read it ! I have been expecting a call back but none ever came. I ordered incorrectly not understanding the plastic terminology and they were going to try and help me resolve issue but …. Expensive mistake I have been contacted and the company is going to help me out with what I needed. Great service . Thank you
