Thumbs up To be honest, I debated whether or not to give this company a 5 star review. I decided to give four stars because they did suggest a change once they received my ring in person. HOWEVER, they called me right away and explained why they recommended a different repair. Apparently after looking at the ring, the goldsmith said that while he could do a simple solder and fix the bottom of my band, he really recommended that the bottom half of the ring (shank) be replaced.

Great Had a great experience with BY VIVE, they repaired one of my favorite purses for me, and it’s now good as new!! Will be using them again in the future!
