While it is not the most expensive… While it is not the most expensive thing I own, my engagement ring is by far one of the most sentimental things I have. Having moved all over, I did not know where to get my ring fixed locally. I could tell that one of the stones was becoming loose and wanted to get it taken care of quickly. I sent a few photos in and received a quote within a few hours. Jesse at By Vive explained how the process would work and specifically what would be done during the repair. I am so happy I found this company and will definitely be using them again. Thank you!

Thumbs up To be honest, I debated whether or not to give this company a 5 star review. I decided to give four stars because they did suggest a change once they received my ring in person. HOWEVER, they called me right away and explained why they recommended a different repair. Apparently after looking at the ring, the goldsmith said that while he could do a simple solder and fix the bottom of my band, he really recommended that the bottom half of the ring (shank) be replaced.
