From start to finish, the work being done on an expensive pair of earrings was carefully explained. The individual I worked with, Jesse was in close contact with me throughout the process. Work completed on my item was very professional too. The earrings were returned cleaned and repaired. Tracking information was carefully monitored on the return of my item. It’s refreshing to find such a fastidious company to work with and I would definitely send them my jewelry again if the need arises knowing it will be taken good care of!

While it is not the most expensive… While it is not the most expensive thing I own, my engagement ring is by far one of the most sentimental things I have. Having moved all over, I did not know where to get my ring fixed locally. I could tell that one of the stones was becoming loose and wanted to get it taken care of quickly.
