Engagement Ring saved! Super Happy! I recently moved to the states from Germany and was so distraught as the diamond on my wife’s engagement ring got loose and I had no idea where to go! Thumbs up To be honest, I debated whether or not to give this company a 5 star review. I decided to give four stars because they did suggest a change once they received my ring in person. HOWEVER, they called me right away and explained why they recommended a different repair. Apparently after looking at the ring, the goldsmith said that while he could do a simple solder and fix the bottom of my band, he really recommended that the bottom half of the ring (shank) be replaced.
