Wonderful Experience I have never sent out my jewelry for a repair before. Truly remarkable on line experience from the beginning to delivery. Jesse who sounds very cordial and sincere kept me informed even by a phone call. The Silver smith made a custom brooch frame for my stone and the workmanship was well done except a minor issue which they will look into. They also have cleaned my S.S. with stones and deep it in gold bath. It came out as a brand new. Glad to have found by VIVE and Jesse

Work completed on my item was very professional too. The earrings were returned cleaned and repaired. Tracking information was carefully monitored on the return of my item.
