Very excellent service Larry is awesome. Very patiently explained the operation and benefits of the system. He installed it in a most timely manner. He also took the time to take me through the settings and options of how to use the system, which definitely helped me feel comfortable with using it. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service, staff and price I was helped by two Gentleman by the name of Kelly and Larry. They were both very professional and personable and the entire process all the way from information gathering to the install was seamless and worry free. 1st security provides the most technologically advanced panel on the market and for a price you will NOT find any where else. These guys are a breath of fresh air I talked to many, too many companies when we got our security system companies several years ago. These guys were the best hands down. Super friendly, super knowledgeable (they can actually make your home safe vs just giving you a key pad a motion and a door sensor) and they have been great over the years we have been using them. I now have them as my provider for our company office and I have referred them out to friends and family. I own a business, and It's tough to find a company in the service industry that actually does what they say they will. The system is so stupidly easy, their install was beyond perfect, and spent the time to train you there after. They are also very quick to answer any questions! We can not recommend them more. Move over all you other security companies, this is the best there is.
