Excellent Company and Service I have had an alarm system through 1st Security and I cannot say anything negative about it. The system works great and makes my family and me feel safer at home. The people working at 1st Security are reliable and available to help when issues occur. So far, I've had one issue with one of my sensors falling- but it was quickly and easily resolved!

These guys are a breath of fresh air I talked to many, too many companies when we got our security system companies several years ago. These guys were the best hands down. Super friendly, super knowledgeable (they can actually make your home safe vs just giving you a key pad a motion and a door sensor) and they have been great over the years we have been using them. I now have them as my provider for our company office and I have referred them out to friends and family. I own a business, and It's tough to find a company in the service industry that actually does what they say they will. Larry and Jeremy at 1st Security USA not only do what they say, they go the extra mile to make sure your happy and informed about how to use your security system. That's why I came back to them when I needed another system, and why I will remain a customer for life.

Much easier than I expected If I had known how easy and affordable it was, I would've called years ago. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and friendly. They took the time to answer all of our questions, and were patient when we didn't understand. Great customer Service - easy and painless Larry Conner was awesome and helped me get an install issue I was having resolved in 5 minutes. I had put it off for 2 weeks thinking it would be laborious and time consuming - a few quick buttons and my issue was resolved instantly. Responsiveness to my initial phone call for service was almost too fast. Highly recommend them.
