cost is high in the end We got our security system last month along with the thermostat they offer in order to save on our monthly bills. Our electric bill is over $100 higher and the house is hot all the time. We were also supposed to have received a rebate check before the first bill to help cover the first three months because that was part of the contract. We have yet to receive the check which was supposed to arrive within a week of installation. So now I am scraping funds together to pay for a much higher ac bill along with the monthly fee for the service.

home protection made easy envision came to my home and showed me how my old adt system could be converted into a viable working home defense. the salesman was professional and friendly. he showed me for the same cost i could have the same protection plus much more. the installer came the very next day, he too was professional and courteous. he explained all the details and made sure we knew how to operate system before he left. the whole experience was satisfying to a customer.

His assistant, Jessie was very informed as well. Dillon installed my new system without any issues and he was very neat and he collected all the empty boxes before throwing them away. New customer review The techs were able to use all of our old hard wired system (except the keypad and controller of course) and also added a couple of new devices. Overall the service was prompt and the system was up and running within an hour of his arrival. The sales guys were very courteous and were able to answer all of my questions. They also called me right back after leaving a voicemail. Good customer service.
