Great security service! First security system my family has had and we are glad we went with Envision. Easy to use and simple concept to understand. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars as I have home automation equipment that I wish could be controlled by their app but another than that I have had a great experience.

Safe & Sound After the birth of our daughter, my husband and I knew home security would be very important. Not only for the peace-of-mind it would give us while we are away from home but having the doors/windows alert us when they open helps keep an extra "eye" on where our daughter is in the house. The best feeling is knowing you're family is safe and sound.

After being with a different security company for 18 years... one we liked and were satisfied with, someone from Envision stopped by wanting us to switch! I had one challenge for them - convince us we need to switch! We were super impressed with the technology... but, more importantly, the personal attention to detail and making sure all our questions were answered. So far, we are super happy all around!

home protection made easy envision came to my home and showed me how my old adt system could be converted into a viable working home defense. the salesman was professional and friendly. he showed me for the same cost i could have the same protection plus much more. the installer came the very next day, he too was professional and courteous. he explained all the details and made sure we knew how to operate system before he left. the whole experience was satisfying to a customer.

There have been numerous occasions when I accidentally set my alarm off and right away there was an operator making sure me, my son or my fiancé were safe.
