It's me It's me, again! Yesterday Luis was at my front door to install the carpet on my stairway. What a wonderful man! Very personable and knowledgeable about the installation that can be challenging with stairways! He is a very hard worker and, I believe, a perfectionist! (Which is very important to the customer!) "Mi casa, su casa," I told him as he began his work. And, indeed, he installed my carpet as he would have installed his own! He did an excellent job! Thank you, Luis! I have a large bubble on my floor I have a large bubble on my floor. Although I told the salesman and the two men who came to repair other problems and someone named Jim, no one has contacted me. I have a party for 40 scheduled for 12/10 and what is on the floor is a trip hazard. Also, the men who came out to repair other problems insisted no one had touched the dishwasher, even though someone must have done something because it makes a terrible noise when opening and shutting and I have to slam it to get it to work.

I scheduled a painter for 2 weeks after carpeting - am now told that if the walls are damaged when the second carpet is laid (which will be after the painter comes), that I will be responsible for paint touch up if necessary. Unbelievable! Jeanne and Joe were great but the overall experience so far has been disastrous.

We just had new Karastan SmartStrand… We just had new Karastan SmartStrand carpeting put in our living room by Independent Carpet One in Westland. Our experience with the sales person, Jeane Salter was exceptional. She helped us find the perfect carpet for our home. The installers, Doug and Jason, were very professional. They did such an amazing job. We absolutely love this carpet.

Best Flooring experience ever! Our Sales Person / Interior Decorator, Janet, was amazing! Her knowledge of the products, her ability to mix and match our new vinyl floor with our new carpet made the rooms look perfect! Our installers for both the vinyl floor and the carpeting were friendly, prompt, professional and efficient. A totally exceptional team all around!
