Carpet and LVT installation Jeane was very helpful with picking carpet and LVT flooring. We had multiple combinations laid out all over the showroom and then let me take samples home to see what really worked with my space. The installers were great and asked questions about how I would like difficult areas finished off.

Incorrect quality of carpet installed Incorrect quality of carpet installed - was told I would not be compensated for my inconvenience. I scheduled a painter for 2 weeks after carpeting - am now told that if the walls are damaged when the second carpet is laid (which will be after the painter comes), that I will be responsible for paint touch up if necessary. Unbelievable! Jeanne and Joe were great but the overall experience so far has been disastrous.

Once again Once again, Cathy has been on top of our flooring needs! Currently having wood floors installed throughout a new build and the job is going perfectly (after she was tactfully able to circumvent some builder issues!). She has all the ideas and suggestions as a professional with a good eye for design. Our installer is also very friendly and is very careful and neat, an important factor especially with wood flooring. Can't wait till it's all done - AND, to be able to live in our new home! Best Flooring experience ever! Our Sales Person / Interior Decorator, Janet, was amazing! Her knowledge of the products, her ability to mix and match our new vinyl floor with our new carpet made the rooms look perfect! Our installers for both the vinyl floor and the carpeting were friendly, prompt, professional and efficient. A totally exceptional team all around!

Consider before purchasing... It started with the estimate in which the salesman, Bob Francavilla, tried to gouge us with the initial estimate. Unfortunately, he did not know we had already received an estimate from another company before going there. It took bartering which I was not happy with, but eventually, we agreed on a fair price. The day of the installation, the installers were two hours late. They used my bathroom and did not clean up after themselves. Once finished installing the carpet, they did not vacuum and left their garbage and scraps. On a positive note, the salesman Bob did offer to come to my house and vacuum. Unfortunately, I could not wait because I had to be somewhere which I was late for because the installers were two hours late. There was no follow up call from Bob. I will not go back and do not recommend them to anyone.
