Undecided My wife and I wanted new carpet for our family room and bedrooms. After shopping around all over town we still could not decide what we wanted. With all the different grades/types/warranties of carpet we really didn’t unstable what fit our needs. The sales person Jeanne showed tremendous patience and was a great help as she showed us basically all the carpet in the store, explaining the differences and making sure we got quality carpet for a fair price.

Fantastic service, great products, won’t shop anywhere else! Wonderful staff, huge help in deciding what carpet is best for your needs. Great service, installation. Looking forward to getting the new vertical blinds this week! Bought our kitchen flooring here last year. Won’t shop anywhere else, you won’t get the attention and service you need anywhere else!!

We had dealt with Independent One a few… We had dealt with Independent One a few years back for a kitchen project and I always remembered how very helpful they were. So when it was time to replace carpeting we did not hesitate to return here because we knew Independent would come through. Always friendly and professional. Cameron answered our questions. Installers were great also.

Best Flooring experience ever! Our Sales Person / Interior Decorator, Janet, was amazing! Her knowledge of the products, her ability to mix and match our new vinyl floor with our new carpet made the rooms look perfect! Our installers for both the vinyl floor and the carpeting were friendly, prompt, professional and efficient. A totally exceptional team all around!

Consider before purchasing... It started with the estimate in which the salesman, Bob Francavilla, tried to gouge us with the initial estimate. Unfortunately, he did not know we had already received an estimate from another company before going there. It took bartering which I was not happy with, but eventually, we agreed on a fair price. The day of the installation, the installers were two hours late. They used my bathroom and did not clean up after themselves. Once finished installing the carpet, they did not vacuum and left their garbage and scraps. On a positive note, the salesman Bob did offer to come to my house and vacuum. Unfortunately, I could not wait because I had to be somewhere which I was late for because the installers were two hours late. There was no follow up call from Bob. I will not go back and do not recommend them to anyone.
