GBTerrible Communication I placed the order back in early March and Tried to contact The company on numerous occasions with no avail. Then I ended up canceling the order and moved on and purchased the saw elsewhere. Then recently I received a message from the company that the order was being shipped. I sent them another email canceling this order because I already purchased the item, and then the item showed up on my doorstep. The only positive experience is when I called to have it returned (since they never billed me) the person on the phone was kind enough to offer a free pick up ticket and UPS showed up the next day.

GBVery Happy customer. I had made an order a while back but did not received it do to shipper issue. Once I contracted Tyler Tool to check on the delay they responded by shipping and second tool over night, which I received the next day. In my book they are a great company to deal with, Thank you Tyler Tools!!!

GBWould order from here again I am skeptical of ordering from companies I haven't heard of after having some bad experiences. But Tyler Tool had what I wanted at a great price so I gave them a try. Ordering was easy. They shipped quickly, product arrived quickly and they communicated effectively.

GBI ordered a refurbished Scroll Saw I ordered a refurbished Scroll Saw. The ordering process was quick and painless. The saw arrived in days. Although the box did have a little damage from shipping, the scroll saw was inside another box which was protected with Styrofoam padding. The inner box was undamaged. When I opened the inner box, it was just like you expect from a factory new device. Setup was relatively easy for something with a little size. It worked right away. Great job!
