GBMy 10 year old safe needed a keypad… My 10 year old safe needed a keypad replacement. Never did i anticipate Cannon sending me one free of charge. Thats a stand up company!

GBI got a cannon safe and it was missing… I got a cannon safe and it was missing 2 of 3 spokes to open the door, missing shelf clips to hold up shelves , and my keypad didn’t work. Seems to be a common problem with bad customer service. The lady I spoke with was very unhappy to be at work it seemed like and got irritated after I listed all my problems

GBWent to Cannon.com to look for shelf… Went to Cannon.com to look for shelf clips, couldn't find any on the site so against my better judgement I decided to start a chat...all good from here. Toni was on the other end and she was fantastic, I was expecting to have to pay if I could get them at all, was also expecting BOT on chat, she was very helpful, explained the warranty coverage, opened a case and sent it to someone who will be in touch and apparently send me clips. This was the best customer support I have had in many years. Toni--since I can't buy you a beer I will have a second one on your behalf this evening. Cheers all and thanks again.

GBWow wow wow what a great experience it… Wow wow wow what a great experience it was to contact cannon safe via text immediately i was connected with a live representative Toni Rodarte wow I still can believe how easy it was to identify the problem and get it resolved. Thank you very much for such easy going experience. You should get a raise $$$$🙂

GBHelp for second generation customer. I purchased a safe second hand. Functions, but I needed the associated paperwork, and a few of the shelf clips. Customer support emailed the pdf for the literature, and I was contacted by sales that the clips were on the way. Unbelievable great service.
