GBI got a cannon safe and it was missing… I got a cannon safe and it was missing 2 of 3 spokes to open the door, missing shelf clips to hold up shelves , and my keypad didn’t work. Seems to be a common problem with bad customer service. The lady I spoke with was very unhappy to be at work it seemed like and got irritated after I listed all my problems

GBI purchased a Cannon safe a few years… I purchased a Cannon safe a few years ago. I use it for important storage. Here recently I had a issue with it and reached out to Cannon. A rep by the name of Oliver reached out to me on my issues. The issues were quickly resolved by Oliver. I would recommend them again. I firmly believe in customer service and Oliver delivered it 100%. /

GBCannon reps Jose and Romeo were great! Cannon reps Jose and Romeo were extremely helpful and courteous! I had a problem opening my safe after being away for several months and the battery had died. We were able to solve the problem (operator error). Cannon and its reps really stand behind their products and provide great customer support. Thanks again!
