When I contacted Cannon about ordering a replacement part, which I thought I would need to pay for, they shipped me a replacement at NO COST. Thank you Cannon and your rep Oliver Canche! I'm a very satisfied customer and guarantee you the next safe I buy will be a Cannon!

Cannon reps Jose and Romeo were great! Cannon reps Jose and Romeo were extremely helpful and courteous! I had a problem opening my safe after being away for several months and the battery had died. We were able to solve the problem (operator error). Cannon and its reps really stand behind their products and provide great customer support. Thanks again!

Went to Cannon.com to look for shelf… Went to Cannon.com to look for shelf clips, couldn't find any on the site so against my better judgement I decided to start a chat...all good from here. Toni was on the other end and she was fantastic, I was expecting to have to pay if I could get them at all, was also expecting BOT on chat, she was very helpful, explained the warranty coverage, opened a case and sent it to someone who will be in touch and apparently send me clips. This was the best customer support I have had in many years. Toni--since I can't buy you a beer I will have a second one on your behalf this evening. Cheers all and thanks again.

I'm rating my cannon 64 safe on every… I'm rating my cannon 64 safe on every site I can so I can get Cannon to stand behind their warranty and fix my electronics lock that has been broke for 2 months, the electronic lock won't lock and their customer service keeps telling me the parts are on the way. Terrible customer service
