Ripped off by Smith I paid for a 3 year plan with new equipment with Smith. After my contract was over I tried to contact them to renegotiate. I wasn’t able to get in contact, so I went back to ADT. I just had their service people here, and discovered that the window sensors that I have been paying for, for 3 years, were never installed. I would give them a minus rating if it were available. Apparently, you can’t even trust your security company!!

Excellent Today's service was absolutely excellent! Jesse Jimenez went above & beyond installing the equipment & walk me through every step in using & setting up my service. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with any technician like Jesse before! :) My service is running smoothly & I now know that my home is safe & secure! Thank you Smiths & Jesse for such great customer service. I will most definitely be referring my friends & family over for service!

Excellent service and demonstration of new equipment Mark Bryant was the upmost professional. He came in and installed a completely new system even working thru the last companies issues with improper installation. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly and made sure we were comfortable with the system before finishing the job. THANKS

Home security updated I called Smith monitoring to get my current system evaluated. I made an appointment for technician to come out. Daniel & Dawn were great but there was miscommunication and I wasn't aware they scheduled me for installing the system. I thought it was just a review. Almost aborted the whole thing but Daniel and Brian made concessions
